At ÕMNIAE ,every tea blend, oil, and wellness formulation is crafted with intention, purity, and care. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we uphold strict quality standards to protect the integrity of every item we send.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on opened or used products.

Unopened or unused items in their original packaging may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products, used products, items with broken seals, any tea, oil, serum or personal care product that has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hillsheadspa.com.au, including your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the matter and offer refund where appropriate.
